$42 per month, paid through an automatic payment plan set-up on your checking account or credit card. May be canceled anytime after 6 months on auto-draft. Joining Fee of $50 required with initial registration.

EFT with 2-month commitment

$46 per month, paid through an automatic payment plan set-up on your checking account or credit card. May be canceled anytime after 2 months on auto-draft. Joining Fee of $70 required with initial registration.
