Inclement Weather Schedule Updates

Standard Message: In the event of inclement weather, all class cancellation will be posted on this website, on Facebook and Twitter, and on my cell phone message (919-971-3051). Following is our policy for determining whether we will have classes in our various locations:

Community Center: If the Community Center is closed, or if the instructor determines it is not safe for her to drive to class, then class will be canceled.

Ephesus and McDougle: If the schools are closed or if afterschool activities are canceled, we will not have class. For Saturday classes, the instructor will make the decision by 1 hour before class time. For evening classes, if the weather is deteriorating, we will make a decision by 5:30.

Parkwood United Methodist: The instructor will make the decision by one hour before class time.

Most of all, remember to make your own determinations about the safety of driving to class in inclement weather.
